VOLUNTEER & INTERN
WHY VOLUNTEER
At Miriam’s we are always looking for volunteers and interns. Volunteering is a perfect way to assist us in our day to day activities. From showcase help, to passing out flyers around time, to event set up, fundraisers, helping out with workshops, making phone calls, classes and more. We also offer service learning hours for high school and/or college who would like an opportunity to serve volunteering at a dance academy, here is the perfect opportunity.
Our intern positions are paid positions and students may earn credit. Either way interning and volunteering is a great way to add history to your resume for your career and is a rewarding opportunity to show your work and make the position your own with creativity and style.
WHO WE ARE
Miriam’s Dance Academy was established in 2017 by Regina Covington as a dance program that offers quality dance education in a faith based environment for the community. Miriam’s Dance Academy trains students from ages 2-21 and offers dancers the opportunity to grown in a wholistic way in body, mind and spirit. We strive to grow inspiring dancers to work hard while instilling life lessons, scripture, prayer and building relationships with our dance family. We provide outreach dance performances to serve the community through dance and worship.
