Tables & Chairs
6 ft tables, 8 ft tables, and basic white chair rentals for every occasion.
We offer table and chair rentals in Greensboro and the surrounding Triad area. A deposit is required to book, along with a refundable security deposit returned when equipment comes back in the same condition it was provided. A debit or credit card on file is required to book all rentals.
Rental window: All rentals are day rentals from 8am – 8pm. Rentals outside this window require a 2-day rental. If your event looks like it may run over, please notify us immediately.
2-Day Rental Discount: 2-day rentals will receive a 10% total discount.

Linens
We rent black tablecloths, black spandex chair covers and white sashes. These items are washed and cleansed prior to each rental. Tablecloths are professionally drycleaned and pressed, which is included in the price.
Tablecloths are delivered on clothes hangers and chair covers are delivered in one tote. All linens must be returned in the totes provided.
Linens must be ordered 7 days in advance to prepare for your order. We do not do last-minute orders on linens.

Whether you're planning a corporate luncheon, a baby shower, community gathering, book signing, church event, workshop, dance or cheer class or private event, our space at MDA Events & Rentals offers a clean, versatile setting to bring your vision to life.
How the Space Rental Process Works
STEP 1
Submit Your Inquiry
Fill out our inquiry form. A rental packet with pricing and details will be e-mailed if we know your date is available.
STEP 3
Receive Your Quote
We'll review your details and reach out within 48 hours with your quote, invoice and space rental agreement. A 25% non-refundable deposit and a refundable security deposit secure your date on our calendar.
STEP 5
You're Booked!
Event is booked and you may proceed with planning.
STEP 2
Tour the Space (Optional)
Schedule a walk-through if you'd like to see the space in person before booking.
STEP 4
Confirm Your Booking
Once you're ready to move forward, complete your booking by emailing the rental agreement and paying the deposits.
Delivery Policy
We do not deliver items to limited, unsafe, or difficult-to-access locations. If we feel the delivery is unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse or postpone the delivery.
We do not deliver to properties where loose animals are present. All animals must be secured prior to our arrival.
Additional stops can be made upon request for an additional fee and must be arranged prior to the delivery.
For delivery options, we do not pick up past 8pm. In the event that you have an event past 8pm, pick-up and drop-off back to our location is required by the customer.
